Alberto Werner Arter graduated at the Istituto Universitario di Architettura in Venice in 1969. For many years he worked as architect and designer between Venice and Geneva, contributing to many projects like the Dupont-Nemour buildings. In 1975 he built in Venice the working team ARTERCOM, that dealt with the specific relation between design and commercial distribution. In 1990 he founded together with Fabrizio Citton the Arter & Citton studio and in 1997 he promoted the developing of D.MOD, a design and contemporary art lab.
